This is a list of the books and websites that I found extremely helpful when I started living Gluten Free. There are a ton of GF products on the market. I’ve just listed some of my favorite “staple” items.

Books:
Christine Cronau – Bring Back the Fat (The price listed on her site is in Australian $… it’s cheeper in US $, but that doesn’t show up until you’re almost through ordering.) You have to order this book from her site… so no photo for this one…. 😦
Products:
Cup4Cup Flour – This is my favorite GF flour replacement. You can use it exactly the way you would regular flour in any of your recipes.
King Arthur Coconut Flour – I love this Coconut Flour. It is finely ground and perfect for all of your grain free baking.
Canyon Bakehouse GF Bread – I’ve also found this bread at Target and Dierbergs. It’s really good.
I like most all of the Pamela’s Products. There are quite a few mixes and cookies available. One of the nice things about Pamela’s cake mixes is that they make the same size cake (13×9) as traditional cake mixes (most GF mixes only make a 9×9 cake) so if you are trying to update an old recipe to GF, these work great.
Because sometimes you just need a can/box of Cream of Chicken soup in a recipe. I can usually find this one at Dierbergs and Whole Foods…. Read the labels. Not all Pacific products are GF.

Taste of the Wild – Cat Food & Dog Food
